Smooth grooves at the beach this April

If you are still trying to find the groove after last month's brilliant Mosaic Music Festival, fret not.

Sentosa's signature free music series Jazz by the Beach returns this month with a stunning selection of swing blues, bebop, jazz funk and hip rhythms.

And what better way to enjoy the smooth tunes every Saturday evening than at the Siloso beach, with cool breeze and twinkling lights in the sea.

Opening the series on April 7 will be Lily Anna Nuris, who will be swinging the blues with friends like Aya Sekine from Japan, Eddie Jensen and Tan Boon Gee from Singapore, and Greg Lyons from England.

Jazz aficionados can expect exciting performances from Alexandra Hsieh & Friends, Greg Lyons & Groove Monster, and Louis Soliano & Friends in the following weekends.

Jazz by the Beach is scheduled again for September 2007, so watch this space!
