Raffles Hotel guests treated alike
>I REFER to Mr Dominic Leong Seu Weng's letter, "Raffles Hotel still nursing a colonial hangover" (ST, Dec 8).

Raffles Hotel welcomes many international visitors and local residents daily, since its restoration in 1991, and extends the same courtesies to all guests.

We regret to hear of Mr Leong's experience at the taxi queue, and would like to state that the hotel does not condone such behaviour.

We are investigating the incident and would like to contact Mr Leong in this regard.
