Some customers may be affected by impending Virgin strike: SIA
Tue, Jan 01, 2008
The Straits Times

SINGAPORE Airlines has estimated a small number of customers to be impacted by the impending strike in Virgin Atlantic airlines.

The Airlines said that a small number of customers are booked on codeshare flights of Virgin, and since the flights impacted by the industrial action are mostly not codeshare, the actual number of affected fliers too will be small.

However, if they are concerned, they should contact their travel agent to check the status of their flight.

Customers who have booked their tickets via Singapore Airlines should contact the airline reservations team.

The Virgin Atlantic strikes may come into effect on Jan 9-10 and Jan 16-17.
