DON'T be dismayed if it rains while you holiday at the luxurious Indigo Pearl resort in Phuket.

The resort on the north-west shore of the island will give you a voucher for a free night's stay - if it rains for more than three consecutive hours during your stay.

The unique freebie is among its promotions that also include three-day, two-night packages priced from 10,235 baht (S$432) based on twin sharing.

The hotel, which opened in December 2006, also has six-day, five-night packages costing 30,595 baht upwards.

All the packages, available till Oct 31, feature daily breakfast for two, airport transfers, free meals for children under 12 and a dining discount.

Free activities like sea and land sports, Muay Thai boxing, yoga and Thai language classes as well as spa treatments are also included, depending on the package you select.
