>38,000 Christmas dinners, 60,000 helpings of Christmas cake and 8,500 servings of rich chocolate log.
British Airways (BA) is whipping up a traditional feast for flyers this Christmas season.
Of worthy mention is the in-flight Christmas cake, which originates from Ogmore Vale Bakery in South Wales, and is a 1930s recipe that has been passed down three generations.
Delicately baked and topped with marzipan and icing, the cake will be served to passengers on World Traveller (economy) and World Traveller Plus (premium economy) cabins this month.
The chocolate log will be served in Club World (business class cabin) for Christmas travellers between December 22 and 26. Carefully prepared and assembled in three parts, this special hand-made treat is served with a festive cranberry compote.
Ms Carol Conway, catering innovations manager with BA, said: "We try to make Christmas as special as we can for our customers. The Christmas cake and Christmas log are traditional favourites, designed to bring a taste of home for travellers making special journeys this season."
British Airways currently operates 14 flights per week from London Heathrow (Terminal Four) to Changi International Airport, Singapore (Terminal One).
