Save at the sales like Allan Wu

Well, I can't help but think that the name Malaysia Savings Sales sounds awkward and is a bit of a tongue-twister to pronounce but whatever, I am all set to check out the year-end bargains and see how far I can stretch my ringgit.

I remember when Malaysians used to flock to Singapore, Hong Kong and even London to shop. Of course the well-heeled still do but today, I believe many Malaysians are just as happy to spend their money at home and come away satisfied. Not only do they save money but they are also deluged with lots of choices including the latest designs.

Just check out the ritzy malls in Kuala Lumpur like The Pavilion and The Gardens and Selangor's 1Utama, Sunway Pyramid and The Curve. Don't these make you feel like you are browsing in some upmarket malls in London?

Every State has its own special offerings. Shopping in places like Penang, Johor Baru and even in Kota Baru in Kelantan can leave you dizzy with excitement.

The shopping landscape is a medley of lively street bazaars, attractive mid-range outlets and swanky malls. Whatever your pleasure, you'll find that shopping here will leave you breathless.

The icing on the cake is of course the numerous sales. So, happy shopping!
