Tria Integrative Wellness: Barely six months old, Tria, affiliated with the neighbouring Piyavate Hospital, wows with its modern simplicity, natural light from floor-to-ceiling windows and its sheer size.
Stuck in traffic on the way over, I had had no time to grab a quick lunch elsewhere so I ate at Liquid, the first-floor bar which offers healthy sandwiches and teas.
I had a chicken sandwich with lemongrass mustard. The blend of flavours was perfect and the chilled tea brewed with ginger, lemongrass and Thai herbs completed the experience.
Signing up for any one treatment allows you to use all the facilities for the entire day. And there’s plenty to indulge in, from yoga classes to a state-of-the-art gym to a rooftop pool.
The wide range of treatments include red-rice wrap, fitness index testing and pre-natal massage.
But I was content to while away one hour sampling the Exclusively Yours massage which was a blend of various techniques.
